September 2014

Lots of exciting things happened in September.
Scott turned 30 years old and Lyla started pre-school!

This spring and summer we planted lots of different seeds in our garden.
Some turned out and others didn't. Lyla loved it and wanted to check on the garden and pick something everyday. I think Lyla's favorite to pick was the corn, minus the earwigs.
We will have to plant even more next year.

Scott turned 30 this month.
We had fun giving him surprises everyday.

My little 4 year old Lyla started pre-school.
She was so excited!
She has been doing really well and loves going.

Look at that cute little/big girl!
Love her!

August 2014

Aunt Sara came to visit while Uncle Logan was on a motorcycle trip.
We had fun hanging out, driving to Twin Falls and having fun at the Ward party.

Twin Falls Temple

On the bridge in the rain.

Daddy and Lyla on the paddle boats.

Four-wheeler train ride with friend Kira.

Another ride in the rain.

I just love this kids' tan! So cute!

Daddy was helping out at the County fair in the pouring rain and
we are having a popcorn movie night.

We all loved looking at the animals.

Pigs are fun, stinky and make loud noises.

Treats are the best thing about the fair.

Daddy and Buddy watching Lyla ride lots of rides.

She had so much fun on the rides.
We loved the fair so much we went 4 times.
Lyla is already talking about next year.

Part of Scott's 30th Birthday we did a count down and he received a surprise every day.
This day his surprise was a date with Lyla.
A packed dinner and fun at the park.

We went to the Ogden open house with my parents at the end of this month.
It's always a wonderful experience taking Lyla into the temple.

Families Can Be Together Forever

August 2014

More summer fun.
Swimming in Grandma Lindstrom's backyard.

Both kids loved playing with all of the swim toys.

I love the looks on this kids face. He loves swimming.

Family Camping Trip!
One of the weekends in August we went camping up by Lake Cleveland.
It was an adventure and lots of fun.

Lyla was helping her Dad find wood for the fire. She mostly followed him around and picked up little sticks.

We had tin foil dinners for dinner. They turned out pretty good.

Look at those silly boys!

We slept in our new tent and stayed warm. Lyla is so peaceful when she sleeps.

Daddy and Buddy making a fire in the morning.

Lyla on our walk to the potties in the morning. On our way back we almost walked into a deer.

I love this silly face.

Lake Cleveland

The lake was so beautiful. We had fun throwing rocks and climbing on fallen trees.

On top of Mount Harrison.

We are going to try and do a family camping trip every summer.
We had so much fun!
