Lyla's family Birthday Party!

Lyla was so excited that her Gry-a and Pa Pa were coming to her house for her party!

She was also really excited that her cousin D' could make it to the party.
Thanks to Grammy Gordon for bringing him.

Lyla couldn't wait for Pa Pa Ward to get in her pool!

Lyla received so many presents!
Gry-a and Pa Pa Ward gave her a beautiful Tinker Bell story book
and a Tinker Bell comforter for her new bed.
Gry-a and Pa Pa Lindstrom gave her a barbie sized Tinker Bell and 3 of her friends
and a fun Tinker Bell water toy.
Aunt Meggie and D' gave her a tea set that she loves.
Lyla loves to dig so her Daddy made her a sandbox.
She is one lucky girl.

Lyla's first friend birthday party!!!

Lyla has been so excited for her friends to come to her party.
She has been going through the list of kids coming to her party.
She was so hyper last night when we were getting ready for the party I didn't
think she was ever going to fall asleep.

Lyla playing on her swing set with her friends Rylee and Resse.

Lyla and her best friend Addie!
Lyla loves this girl!
She wants her to do everything with her.

The BLOB!
One of my friends made this blob and let me borrow it for the party.
She took two thick painters tarps and ironed the edges and then filled it with water.
The kids had so much fun running, jumping and sliding on it.

Lyla and some of the girls!

We had the kids run relays and they loved it.
It was so much fun watching them run and play.

Lyla received so many presents from her friends.
She was so excited to open each one and had lots of help from her friends.

Over all the party was really great!
I am sad that I didn't get a picture of the whole group.
Lyla had so much fun and can't stop talking about her friends.
She is now excited to have her Gry-a and Pa Pa Lindstrom and
her Gry-a and Pa Pa Ward come to her house tomorrow to celebrate her birthday.

Birthday Weekends are the BEST!!!

6 Years Together!

Our wedding day was perfect!  I don't remember everything because the day went by so fast,
but I do remember being the happiest I have ever been.
I went to the open house of the Timpanogos Temple when I was younger and fell in love.
I made it a goal of mine to get married there.
Lucky for me Scott didn't care where we got married. :-)

Us in front of the temple.

This is the bench Scott proposed on.
What great memories of the scavenger hunt he sent me on.

We look so young. Wish I could still fit in that dress. ;-)
He is so much taller than me.  If you can believe it I have 3 inch heels on.

Some of the family and friends who came to support us on our day.
Thank you for all of your love!

Scott's side of the family.
Houston (Justin), Mom, Matt, Grandpa Zobell and Grandma and Grandpa Lindstrom.
We are missing his brother Jason who was on a mission in Spain and
also Scott's Dad who at the time was a Mission President in Peru.
We missed them both that day, but we are so happy they were serving the Lord and furthering
the gospel throughout the world.

My side of the family.
Andrew, Megan, Dad, Mom, Tyler and Sara.

The whole wedding party (minus Boompa).

The start of our amazing journey...

Finishing hair school and undergrad at BYU.
Moving to Moscow for Law School.
Bringing Lyla into our family just after our 3rd anniversary (she is the best!).
Finishing school in Boise (we love and miss Boise).
Graduating from Law School, passing the Bar and getting a Job.
Moving and buying a house in Burley. (Finally becoming adults) :-)
Our next big adventure is bringing our little guy into our family this fall.

My Life is wonderful and I love my Husband more each day.

Here's to forever.....

Family reunion!

Lindstrom Family Reunion 2013

We had so much fun on this family reunion!  It was great seeing family we haven't seen for a while.

First thing we did was go fishing! Lyla LOVES fishing. I throw in her line and she loves to reel it back.  It was pretty cold and even started to snow, but that didn't stop us from fishing.

Lyla and her Daddy!

Scott fishing on the dock in the snow!

Our Family!

Great Gry-a (Grandma) Lindstrom fishing!

Gry-a (Grandma) and Pa Pa Lindstrom!

All of us!

Lizze, Lyla and James on the steps at the cabin.

Going to the hot spring!

Pa pa, Gry-a and the kids.

The kids loved the water. They collected rocks and gave them to Pa Pa.

Gry-a and her girls!

Fun with the kids!
While the other grown-ups went on river trips and hikes I hung out with these cute kids!!!

Play-dough time!

James and Lyla collected pine cones from Gry-a and then took a rest on the swing.

Watching movies!

Happy Birthday!!!
July is a busy month for Birthdays in the Lindstrom family. James' Birthday is July 5th and he will be 4 years old.  Lyla will be 3 on July 28th.  Great Gry-a (Grandma's) and Aunt Richelle's birthday is also this month.  We had birthday cobbler to celebrate!!!

Scott and his Dad went on a river trip.
It was pretty cold, but Scott made himself a poncho to keep warm.

The family reunion was so much fun!  Gry-a and Pa Pa always do such an amazing job of planning and getting things ready for us to have as much fun as possible when we are together. We are so lucky to have them.  It was nice to be together and see how much the kids have changed.
We missed having Uncle Jason with us, but we will see him soon.
We can't wait until next year!
