We took Lyla swimming for the first time and she LOVED it!!! Eve
n when we were putting her in her swim suit for the first time she was getting excited. The pool at the hotel was amazing and perfect for a first time swimmer. On one side of the pool the water was only 6 inches deep so she could stand and sit in it. She was splashing and trying to put her face in the water. Even when we took her into the deep end she was happy and kicking her legs like cr
azy. I hope she gets the Lindstrom swimming and the Ward(Duckworth) floating. It was so much fun. Grandpa Ward kept telling Lyla the swimming pool was at his house, hoping that telling her the pool was his she would like him better. :-) The only down side to swimming is that she didn't really like her bath's for a couple of days. I can't wait until we get to take her swimming again.
